Opens early at 9:00 am.
One of few any Korean or Asian restaurants open that early.
Our family of four were very glad to have a Korean soup for breakfast.
Food were great and service were great!!! -

Looooooooove it! My friend who used to stay with us part time from Puyallup, first discovered this place and she'd always bring take out home or she will ask if I want to go with her and this really hits home for me.
It reminds me exactly of my mom's beef bone soup as a kid and it's literally so close to my home! I love their flank beef bone soup with the white noodles, dump all the green onions into my soup, add a tiny bit of salt and some pepper for seasoning!! Can't eat it without the radish kimchi! It's the perfect amount of sour/tangy with the creamy hot soup. I'm a huge fan.
Unlike most Korean places, the staff will check up on you and ask how everything is tasting and if we need anything else. They are so sweet! Thank you for making soup that brings back my childhood.
P.S. I was reading some of the other reviews and I'd like to make a comment about "not having many side dishes" because the traditional way of eating the beef soup is with the radish kimchi and cabbage kimchi. You normally wouldn't want to eat it with any other side dish. Sure they do have other items on the menu but they are known for their beef bone soup specialty. -

Free appetizers: tasty but very limited variety. There were only vegetarian options.
Entrees: everything was pretty delicious. We had the ginseng chicken soup, the regular Bibimbap, the short rib soup, and the mixed sliced beef. The chicken was very tender and well-seasoned. Without adding salt the soup was flavorful enough. The short rib in the short rib soup was very tender and chewy. The soup was slightly spicy. I wish the sliced beef dish had a bigger portion though.
Service: it was okay. Food got served pretty fast, but our water never got refilled.
Price: reasonable. We ordered lots of food so everything included was about $51 per person. -

I tried this spot after looking at Fashion Dim Sum's neighbors. I am so glad I did! I am not in any way an expert in the many iterations of Asian food I enjoy exploring. I saw that this restaurant offered glass noodles in a soup with beef tongue and I knew I had to try it! It was amazing! I was exposed to tongue as a child so I have no fear. Accessibility is limited so I usually count on a taco truck offering lengua... no offense taco trucks but this is first class protein. Best I've had in Washington. Everything was good. Terrific radish Kim chee. Wonderful broth with the salt on the side. Let me say that I've warmed up my leftovers and I'm just as happy with this delicious soup as I was when I ordered it at the restaurant. I'll be back!!!

Traditional and Authentic Korean soup. The side dishes are also good. They do have other non soup dishes on the menu. The Grilled Mackerel was delicious. Stir Fry Octopus was also tasty. Service was attentive and welcoming.
